Creative Rights and Licensing Submission of a request does not transfer ownership of a child’s personal memories to the Media Companies. However, You hereby grant the Media Companies a perpetual, worldwide, royalty free license to use, distribute, and publicly display the produced content for the podcast, promotional purposes, and related media. Submission of this form also grants the Media Companies full creative rights to take the provided details and generate a fictitious story to be aired. 4. Comprehensive Limitation of Liability The Media Companies, including their owners, employees, and representatives, shall not be held liable for any damages, losses, or claims—direct or indirect—arising from the creation, publication, or distribution of the content. The Media Companies assume no liability for third party inference from anonymized content or for any actions taken by You or third parties in reliance upon the stories produced. If You require content that will not be published publicly, do not submit this form; contact the Media Companies to discuss bespoke private arrangements prior to submission. The Media Companies reserve the right to refuse the submission of any story for any reason. 5. The Media Companies utilize advanced artificial intelligence (AI) technologies to bring these stories to life. By submitting this form, You acknowledge and agree to the following: • Voice Likeness: The audio for the podcast may be produced using an AI-generated "voice clone" or digital likeness of the creator’s voice or other authorized narrators. • Character Generation: For the purpose of immersive storytelling, the Media Companies may use AI-generated voices to portray various fictional characters, creatures, or narrators within the episode. • Creative Augmentation: You understand that while the "heart" of the story comes from the details You provide, the final audio output is a synthesized production. The Media Companies maintain full editorial control over the tone, cadence, and emotional delivery of these AI-generated performances.
